Looking for a car rental? In the summer of 2018 we went on a holiday to the United States. The idea was to rent a car and drive it across a few different states to take in as much of the beautiful nature as we could. We looked forward to it so much and spent quite a lot of time preparing for the trip. One of our main issues during the preparation was finding a rental company that could supply us with the right car.  

This was because we had some special wishes. We needed a sturdy and comfortable vehicle and we wanted to be able to drive on certain roads without asphalt because not all campsites would have that. It was tremendously difficult to find what we were looking for. Luckily we eventually managed to find a company that fit our needs and the trip turned out to be a great success. We made memories we will never forget and our rental car performed even better than we could have hoped.  

Another thing that we couldn’t forget was how hard it had been to find that specific car rental company and vehicle. Upon our return we sat down and discussed this.  

Inspiration 

Imagine you’re going on an amazing trip. You know there has to be a rental car that suits your needs, but you can’t find it! We figured there had to be an easier way but found that besides the United States, countries in Europe had the exact same issue. Finding a basic rental car is easy, but finding the right company for any specific needs is unnecessarily hard. What if one of the passengers is handicapped and needs to be able to enter the vehicle with a wheelchair? In such cases finding a car rental suddenly becomes a laborious challenge.  

This issue inspired us to take a stand and make it much easier to find the right rental car for everyone. Disabled persons with special needs, those with regular demands, people with specific wishes or families with uncommon circumstances. All of these people should be able to rent the car they need with ease and without compromise.  

The solution 

To shape our inspiration into form, we started to develop the solution for those intending to visit our home country, the Netherlands. We developed our vision into the tool you will find on our website, which should make it much easier to select rental companies on the base of your needs and demands. You can simply enter them into the parameters and find the best matching rental companies, which you can then compare to your own liking.  

This way we hope to save you from any frustration when planning your trip, just like we would have liked for ourselves. It is our mission, our passion and our purpose.
